The Washoe County District Attorney's Office has determined that a July 2020 police shooting was accidental. 

Body camera footage of last month's shootout in Sparks was released last week.  

The Washoe County District Attorney's Office has determined that an October 2022 deadly shooting was justified by Sparks Police. 

The Washoe County District Attorney's office says a 19-year-old man has been convicted of attempted murder.

Police have released body camera footage from an officer-involved shooting earlier this month in downtown Reno.

The case remains under investigation. 

The Medical Examiners Office says the suspect identified as 40-year-old Tony Dehart of Winnemucca had suffered a gun shot wound and fire scaring.

It is unknown what led up to the shots fired and if anyone was arrested.
