The fires destroyed one home and damaged two others.

Officials say due to the size, the boulders will need to be exploded by Caltrans teams. 

A passenger was hospitalized for minor injuries.

A winter weather advisory continues for the mountains until 4am on Tuesday.

Nevada State Police has identified the driver who died after a multi-car crash on I-80 near Mustang last month. 

Thankfully, no injuries were reported. 

The Carson City Fire Department says the cause of the fire was a coffee pot that was left on. 

No injuries have been recorded and no property damage occurred other than railroad ties.
