The win was awarded to Blake Workman (W, 4-0) after the right-hander tossed 2.0 innings of one-run ball on one hit, one walk and three strikeouts.

With the victory, the Aces maintain a 20-8 record against the Aviators in the Silver State Diamond Challenge 

Dominic Canzone guided the Reno Aces (78-62) offense with four hits, including two home runs

Today’s game was initially scheduled at Reno’s Greater Nevada Field, but poor air quality forced the switch to Sacramento.      

Buddy Kennedy accounted for the lone run for the Aces with a solo home run over the left-field wall in the second inning.

The five-run deficit proved too much for the Bees in a 7-3 Aces victory.
