The Reno Fire Department says it's time to start taking down the Christmas Decorations, specifically the tree. Fire crews say keeping a natural tree up can be a danger to your home.

With two house fires in our area overnight, it’s a reminder to check that your smoke alarms are working. In both incidents smoke detectors alerted the people inside so they could get out safely.
