The Lyon County District Attorney's Office says a Silver Springs man was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of murder earlier this year.
50-year-old Scott Alan Baskette was sentenced this week in Third Judicial District Court after he pleaded guilty in January to killing 47-year-old Rebecca Lea Driver and her parents, 68-year-old Frank Leroy Evans and 66-year-old Coral Dixene Evans in October 2017.
Following a two-day sentencing hearing, the District Court imposed the life without parole sentence for each murder and the maximum for the weapon enhancement, which is 8-20 years in state prison.

Deputies then responded to a second residence in Silver Springs to conduct a next-of-kin notification, when they found Driver's parents, 67-year-old Frank Evans and 68-year-old Coral Evans. Both were found shot to death.
Driver leaves behind four children, ages 25, 18, 16 and 14.
