The South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLTPD) reports that they got a call from a woman saying she found a bullet hole in her window Thursday morning.

They say the woman, who lives in the 3000 block of Fresno Avenue, told officers she woke up to a loud noise around 3 a.m. and realized there was debris on her face.

SLTPD says the woman went back to sleep and when she woke up this morning she found what she says is a bullet hole in her bedroom window.

They say investigators found three bullet holes in the house and a fourth that entered a neighbors house in the 700 block of Tallac Avenue.

SLTPD says they also found four handgun shell casings at the scene.

They don't believe this is a random incident.

SLTPD says there are no other details at this time.

They ask anyone with information regarding this incident call them at (503) 542-6100, or to remain anonymous, call South Lake Tahoe Secret Witness at (530) 541-6800.
