 The Sparks Fire Department is asking for help finding the person they say started a fire at the Boulder Creek Apartment Complex.
They say around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, they responded to the complex after a fire alarm monitoring company reported water flow. Crews found smoke coming from an open door of one of the units. Inside, they found two separate fires had been put out by a fire sprinkler system and a fire in a third room had gone out on its own.
They believe the fire was started with an incendiary device, but there was no one inside the unit at the time and no injuries were reported.
