Reno Police Department Investigate A Stabbing at Gold Ranch

The Sparks Police Department reported a crash north of the intersection of El Rancho Drive and Prater Way.

They say northbound El Rancho Drive was closed for several hours.

All roads in the area have since been reopened.Â
