TikTok, along with several other apps are now blacklisted from Nevada government devices. 

Opponents argue this is government overreach and say Montana residents could easily circumvent the ban. 

The lawsuit filed on Tuesday may be setting up what could be a protracted legal fight over its future in the United States.
