Fire crews responded to a gas leak in Sun Valley on Pearl Drive. There may be nearby road closures as crews investigate the leak.
They say the gas main is being shut down and incident is secured.
The gas leak was first reported before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
NV Energy says it was caused by a homeowner hitting a gas line.
Officials said only 23 customers are now affected.
They said estimated time to restore the gas main is 9 p.m.
Crews are working on fixing the leak.
Residents are urged to call 811 before you dig at any time of the year.
