The Sparks Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect in a parcel theft from the porch of a residence.Â
On 12/19/18, the suspect stole a parcel from off the porch of the victim’s residence in the 3000 block of Scarborough.Â
The suspect is described as an average build white male adult, 30-40 years of age, last seen wearing a baseball style hat, light colored short sleeve shirt, dark colored jeans or pants, and has numerous tattoos on neck and arms.
