Two sex offenders have been arrested for allegedly violating their registration requirements.

The Washoe County Sheriff's Office says Gurvinder Dosanjh and Reginald Burns are both in custody.          

Dosanjh is classified as a Tier 1 sex offender after being convicted of lewdness charges last year. Deputies say he was found in Incline Village after he filed to register with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office as a worker within 48 hours of beginning employment.

Dosanjh was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on charges of:

* Failure to Obey Sex Offender Registration Laws

* Basic Speed 1-10 MPH

* Probation Violation

Burns is a Tier 2 offender after being convicted of statutory sexual seduction in 2009, and lewdness with a child last year. He was also found in Incline Village. 

Burns was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on the charge of:

* Failure to Obey Sex Offender Registration Laws
