Due to low water conditions, the Sand Harbor boat ramp will close for the season at 8 p.m. on July 18.
Authorities say the closure will prevent boats from being damaged during launching and will also protect the end of launch lanes from harm.
The parking lot will remain open for non-motorized, carry-in boat access.
Power boaters should use other launch ramps at Lake Tahoe.
