The Nevada Highway Patrol reports that two people died in a rollover crash on State Route 376 75 miles north of Tonopah on Monday morning.
They said a 2003 Mercedes SUV was traveling northbound when the driver allowed the vehicle off the right paved shoulder. The driver tried to correct the vehicle back onto the highway and the car overturned. Â During the rollover two occupants were ejected. Â They were not wearing their seat belts and they both succumbed to their injuries on scene.
The two were from Oregon and their names are being withheld until next of kin are notified.
