The Nevada Gaming Control Board says it filed seven formal complaints against gaming licensees over not following health and safety policies, including the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno and SAHARA Las Vegas.

The gaming board says they've conducted almost 1,800 inspections and observations of gaming license holders statewide since August 1st.

The board also has almost 200 regulator cases open relating to non-compliance.

In a statement the board chairwoman said it's important for gaming operators to enforce wearing face masks and compliance with occupancy limits and social distancing.
