Northern Nevada Public Health held a Food Safety Inspection Bootcamp to help operators keep their establishments in tip top shape for inspections.

South American Meat has announced a recall of over 20,000 pounds of frozen raw beef sold in states including California.

Lanes will be reduced on I-80 in Verdi from June 3 to 6 while the Nevada Department of Transportation conducts bridge inspections.
