Our crew on scene reports crews responded to a crash involving a motorcycle on US-50 eastbound near Spooner Summit on Tuesday evening.
Carson City Sheriff's Office says the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital via CareFlight.
They said the motorcyclist was rear ended by a car and they flew approximately 75 feet.
There's no word on whether or not impairment or speeding was a factor.
Carson City Sheriff's Office says they are still investigating who is at fault at this time.
