Jacobs Entertainment officials has announced new development efforts at J Resort, including a multi-year outdoor entertainment agreement with JMF Presents for 2025 and beyond.

Jacobs Entertainment and JMF Presents have entered into a 5-year agreement that turns J Resort's outdoor entertainment activities over to JMF Presents. In addition to the J Resort’s Glow Plaza concert schedule, J Resort will open a new venue for festivals with audiences of up to 15,000 patrons.

The J Resort north expansion will begin construction in January 2025 and will include parking, gaming, and a new food and beverage creation.

J Resort is also beginning construction on Rolling Art, a new 400-seat banquet hall that will feature over $50 million of sports cars on display from the Jacobs’ Collection of European Sports Cars.

Predevelopment work for J Resort’s west expansion, which will feature an 800-seat banquet and meeting space, and indoor/outdoor rooftop pool, has begun.

Finally, they announced that leasing begins on January 1, 2025 for J Resort’s Reno Neon Line newest residential community, 245 North Arlington. Move-in will be available on March 1, 2025; 245 North Arlington has 60 total units, including two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio floor plans.
