U.S. Senator Dean Heller has issued the following statement regarding the passing of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia:
“I was saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Justice Scalia earlier today. By standing fiercely in defense of the Constitution, Justice Scalia served as a strong and principled conservative voice on the highest court in our country. His presence on the Court will be sorely missed for both his legal acumen and his razor sharp wit. Lynne and I send our condolences to his family.”
