Cyclospora parasite outbreak reported in multiple states
Federal and local Health officials are investigating an uptick of a parasitic infection that is causing severe gastrointestinal distress linked to contaminated food or water. Of at least 17 states experiencing cases, Michigan is seeing the greatest concentration. CBS News correspondent Carissa Lawson reports from New York
