Fire crews responding to fires across Plains
High winds are fueling at least a half-dozen wildfires in the Plains. One fire spanning Kansas and Oklahoma has burned an area bigger than the city of Dallas. The governors have declared states of emergency. CBS' Jason Allen reports.
