The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened in Churchill County on Sunday morning.
It happened on State Route 361 at Churchill County mile marker two, about 15 miles south of U.S. 50, according to a Facebook post from the Nevada State Police.
The crash is causing intermittent full closures of State Route 361, with traffic reduced to one lane and being alternated.
Closures are expected throughout the day and into the evening.
Please avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible.
It is unknown how many people died in the crash or if anyone else was injured. It also isn't known how many cars were involved.
