The new system aims to create better communication between the DMV and people, as well as make the process easier.

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles is testing a new system called Wait-Well that is meant to make visits more convenient.Â
With this new system, customers can scan a QR code with their mobile device to check in for appointments without visiting the info counter.
