Nevada Highway Patrol Northern Command (NHP) responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian crash this morning where I580 meets U.S. 395 Alternate. 

NHP says the driver of a Ford F150 truck failed to adhere to a stop sign and struck the bicyclist. 

NHP says the bicyclist was transported to a hospital and is currently in a critical condition. 

NHP says the roadway is currently open, but to avoid the area if possible as crews are still investigating the area.
