The Reno Police Department and fire department are investigating after a fisherman found a body at the edge of the Truckee River near the Sutro Street bridge.
When officials arrived around 1 p.m. on Saturday, they confirmed the person in the river was dead.
Investigators do not suspect foul play.
They are not releasing further information, as the investigation remains active.
