Greater Nevada Credit Union Dayton Branch Closed After ATM Stolen

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office says someone stole a whole ATM from the Greater Nevada Credit Union Dayton branch.

GNCU says the Dayton branch will be temporarily closed until further notice. 

The Sheriff's Office says someone stole equipment from a construction company that was later used to steal the machine, sometime early Thursday morning.

GNCU says the incident involved the company's Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM).

GNCU's Dayton branch is located at 555 Highway 50.

Company representatives say the building sustained some damage.

No injuries were reported. 

There's no immediate word on any suspect descriptions.
