CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - A Nevada PAC is asking a court to block efforts to repeal the entire $1.1 billion tax package that Nevada lawmakers passed this spring.
  Â
The Coalition for Nevada's Future filed the request Monday in Nevada District Court in Carson City. It challenges a petition filed earlier this month by anti-tax activist Chuck Muth, who says lawmakers passed the legislation even though voters rejected a tax measure on the November ballot.
  Â
The PAC trying to preserve the tax says Muth's proposal violates the requirement that ballot measures deal with only a single subject. The PAC also says it doesn't properly explain the consequences of the repeal going through.
  Â
Muth has described his effort as a long shot. It's separate from an effort to repeal just one part of the tax package.
