The Reno Police Department (RPD) says on Sunday, June 21, the Historic Krug house will be moved from its current location at 829 N. Center St to 2520 Plumas St.
They say the move will take place from 6am-11am and follow a route from 829 Lake - to 2520 Plumas St as follows·
- Lake - right on 9th St
- 9th St- right on Evans
- Evans - right on 5th St
- 5th St- left on Lake
- Lake - left on 2nd - Veer left on Kuenzli (against traffic)
- Kuenzli to right on Kietzke
- Kietzke - right on Moana
- Moana - right on Plumas
RPD says due to the complexity of such a move, streets and intersections along the route will be temporarily closed.
They say “no parking” signs have been placed along the route in the downtown area.
RPD says vehicles found parked within these posted areas will be subject to citation or tow.
They advise anyone traveling to locations within the pre-planned route to expect delays
