Home Buying Seminars This Saturday

This Saturday, there will be three different home buying seminars at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.

Each seminar will focus on three different types of buyers, including: Veterans, first time and move up buyers, and Spanish speaking buyers. If you are interested, there are spots open from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today. 

There will be different vendors there with any questions you may have. Some of the vendors include Home Warranty Agents, Insurance Agents, Inspectors, Landscapers, Appraisers, etc. This is a free event.

  • Grants that are available
  • Down payment assistance
  • Home buying process from start to finish
  • Current market issues
  • How to present an offer in multiple offer situations
  • Current inventory of homes
  • New home developments in our area
  • Current market rates
  • Difference between VA, FHA and Conventional loan programs
  • Home inspections
  • Home insurance
