Jurors Vote Death Penalty for Jeremiah Bean

Today a Lyon County judge formally sentenced Jeremiah Bean to death after a jury recommended the penalty in August.

Back then Bean was found guilty of the murders of Bob and Dorothy Pape, Eliazar Graham, Angie Duff and Lester Lieber.

    

The judge also imposed a maximum penalty of up to 195 years for bean's other crimes, which included burglary arson and robbery.
