Wildlife officials are again reminding drivers that fall is a busy time for bears in the Tahoe Basin.
Just on Monday, 2 News Nevada heard from several viewers who have seen bears out in our area.
Officials are asking people to slow down and stay alert, since more bears are on the move in search of food right now.
If you do see a bear, watch out for the possibility of others.
Female bears may be traveling with cubs and could be nearby or preparing to cross.
