Democratic Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson is scheduled to campaign at two Reno events on Tuesday.

She will talk at the Savage Mystic Gallery at 538 South Virginia Street starting at 9:30 a.m. 

Then at noon, she's scheduled to speak at the Center for Spiritual Living at 4685 Lakeside Drive. 

Afterwards, she'll head to Las Vegas for two additional campaign appearances set to take place on Friday. 

She last visited Reno in late November.

Williamson entered politics with an unsuccessful independent congressional campaign in California in 2014, then broke onto the national stage two years later as a vocal supporter of Bernie Sanders’ failed presidential bid.

The bestselling spiritual author and one-time advisor to Oprah Winfrey didn’t make it to the 2020 primaries in a wide-open Democratic field. Now she is running against a sitting president from her own party, and the Democratic establishment has closed ranks behind Joe Biden.

She announced her candidacy in February, and now is arguably the best-known Democrat still challenging Biden for the party’s 2024 presidential nomination.
