The former president is being charged with trying to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia.

That means he won't have to show up for an arraignment hearing that a Fulton County judge had set for next week.
The hearing was broadcast live on TV and on the judge’s YouTube channel, a marked difference with the other three criminal cases.
The panel spent seven months hearing from some 75 witnesses before completing a report in December.Â
