A Las Vegas man was sentenced to 97 months in prison for selling large amounts of methamphetamine and heroin.

According to court documents, 43-year-old Jacobo Aguilar Humberto, along with Eduardo Flores-Martinez, conspired to sell methamphetamine and heroin from January to September 2022.

Humberto directly sold or would dispatch Flores-Martinez to sell on multiple dates.

On September 14, 2022, law enforcement found one pound of heroin and one ounce of methamphetamine in Humberto's car, along with over $2,000 in cash and two loaded guns.

They also found one pound of methamphetamine, one ounce of heroin and a loaded gun in Flores-Martinez's car, and over $16,000 and three guns at Humberto's home.

Humberto and Flores-Martinez both pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. 

Flores-Martinez was sentenced to 84 months in prison, while Humberto was sentenced to 97.

After his sentence, Humberto will serve five years of supervised release.
