Local firefighters, including the Reno Firefighters Association and Central Lyon County Firefighters, participated in a charity softball tournament on Sunday.Â
The funds raised went to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.
The Wildland Firefighter Foundation is an organization that helps families of firefighters killed in the line of duty, as well as injured firefighters and their families.
Reno firefighters took home the first-place trophy, while the Central Lyon County firefighters finished in third place.
