Reno City Councilmember Devon Reese says the City is reviewing a new law passed during this year's legislative session - allowing for to-go cocktails in sealed containers.
Cities in Nevada have the ability to decide whether to allow for this - and Reno is looking to bring it to the council for discussion.
You may remember the practice was allowed during the COVID-19 pandemic - so the City says it has local experience in being adaptive to this possible change.
