A head-on crash has closed U.S. 50 in the Kyburz area, forcing drivers to find alternate routes until further notice.
According to CHP South Lake-Placerville in an online post, Authorities are investigating the crash, and the road closure will remain in effect while they investigate and clear the scene.
A SIG Alert was issued at 8:29 a.m. for 30 minutes.
