Dress for Success Reno in Northern Nevada is teaming with TC Energy and the non-profit Compudopt for the organization's first ever Computer Give-away Event.
Clients and partners of Dress for Success Reno were recently invited to apply for the giveaway. The giveaway is for people entering the workforce and building their careers to support their families.
Recipients of the free computers will be randomly selected from the applications.
They will also receive two years of tech support from Compudopt free of charge, and Dress for Success is providing a free online computer skills program to each person who receives a computer.
Recipients of the free computers will get a chance to pick up their laptops at a distribution event taking place at the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce on September 5.
