Northern Nevada Public Health (NNPH) is inviting members of the food service industry to attend a Food Safety Inspection Bootcamp.
The event will take place on Monday, April 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at NNPH's main office, located at 1001 E. 9th St., Building B, Conference Rooms A & B, near the NNPH Clinic.
The goal of the bootcamp is to educate businesses on how to navigate the food safety inspection process, prevent common violations, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
NNPH says it aims to help food establishments keep their customers safe and minimize the risk of costly violations.
This session is open to all food service businesses, and participants are encouraged to register ahead of time.
