Snow totals will range from 1-2 feet at lake level to 2-4 feet above 7,000' in the Tahoe Basin between Tuesday and Friday. The foothills could also see some snow late Wednesday night into Christmas morning.
This has been quite a storm cycle with several feet of snow having already fallen in the mountains through Christmas morning.
We'll see one more round of heavy snow Christmas night and Friday morning in the Sierra and Lake Tahoe.
And there is still the chance to see snow to the valley floor Christmas night and Friday morning... for Reno and Carson city it's ranges anywhere from a trace to a couple of inches.
