Police arrested two people for firing gunshots in the area of Five Ridges Parkway and Mount Nimba Street, in North Sparks.
They say nobody was hurt.
SPD responded to the area around 3 a.m. Saturday after receiving reports of residents hearing multiple gunshots.
The two suspects were identified as 29-year-old Jonathan Tanner, and 28-year-old Dutch Martin.
During the investigation, officers found that both individuals were intoxicated and fired multiple gunshots very close to the neighborhood.
Both were arrested on the following charges:
- Discharge a firearm in public
- Possession of a firearm while intoxicated
- Outstanding warrant
