A reported rollover crash on McCarran Boulevard at Manzanita Lane prompted a large emergency response just after 1 p.m. Thursday, before crews arrived, to find the car was upright and no extrication was needed.
Reno Fire Department initially sent a full extrication response to the crash, which was reported as a single-vehicle rollover. The first engine arrived and found the car upright on all four wheels.
Additional Reno Fire Department resources were canceled after crews determined no extrication was necessary.
The Reno Police Department helped with traffic control while crews worked at the scene.
The driver was not transported from the crash, and there was no information available on injuries. The scene has since been cleared and roads have reopened.
