Spanish Springs High School has resumed normal operations after an earlier lockdown.

The Washoe County School District posted the initial announcement on its website at 9:23 a.m. on Thursday.

The lockdown was lifted just before 10 a.m.

The WCSD did not give a reason for why it was on a lockdown, but it did say that WCSD Police are on site and investigating.

We're sending a crew to the scene to get more details.Â
