The Storey County Board of Commissioners is moving forward with creating an ordinance for Vacation Home Rentals.
With unanimous approval, they will start the process of talking with the public and researching how to build the specific ordinance.
The board said that people 25 and over will be the only ones allowed to rent a VHR in Storey County.
