The Lyon County Sheriff's Office is seeking a pair of suspects who allegedly attempted to place a credit card skimmer on a card reader at a Dollar General store.
It happened on Thursday just after 2 p.m. according to a press release from the Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
Two men allegedly entered the store on Ambrose Lane with one working as a distraction while the other tried to put a possible skimmer on a card reader.
The person allegedly trying to place the skimmer was unsuccessful and left, followed by the person acting as a distraction.
Witnesses say one of the suspects got in a white Jeep and left while the other left on foot.
