Three men were arrested in Reno following a months-long investigation into a drug trafficking organization responsible for distributing large quantities of marijuana, THC products, and other illegal narcotics across the region.
The investigation began in June 2025 when detectives with the Regional Narcotics Unit (RNU) started monitoring the group.
Over several months, they conducted controlled purchases and surveillance operations, identifying multiple homes linked to the organization.
On January 28, 2026, RNU detectives, with assistance from the Regional Crime Suppression Unit, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit, Reno Police Department K-9 Unit, Northern Nevada Drug Task Force, Reno Police Department Mobile Engagement Team, and Homeland Security Investigations, executed search warrants at three separate homes in Reno.
During the searches, detectives seized:
- Â $361,995 in U.S. currency
- 1,177 pounds of THC vape cartridges
- 46 pounds of THC-infused edible products
- 69.5 pounds of marijuana
- 69.91 pounds of THC concentrate
- 4.4 pounds of DMT
- 2.5 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms
- 109.27 grams of MDMA
- 151.87 grams of ketamine
- 28.56 grams of cocaine
- 50.65 grams of LSD
- 7.36 grams of alprazolam
- Six guns
25-year-old Andrew Oliva, and 24-year-old Nicholas Logginos, were arrested and booked into the Washoe County Jail on multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance (6 counts), possession with intent to sell (5 counts), sale of a controlled substance, trafficking a controlled substance, and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substances Act.
Additionally, 25-year-old Joel Constantino, who was already in custody on unrelated charges, was charged with conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substances Act.
The Regional Narcotics Unit is a collaboration of members from the Reno Police Department, Sparks Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations.
