Just in time for the warmer temps of summer - the Town of Minden has announced the grand opening of a new splash pad.
The new splash pad has been installed at Westwood Park, at 1780 Pinewood Drive in Minden.
The town will be celebrating the new addition with a grand opening celebration this Friday, May 9 at 4:00 p.m. at the park.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting, complimentary cookies and food trucks; all are welcome to attend.
