Two people dressed as Teletubbies were cited for possession of fireworks during the Zombie Crawl on Saturday.
The Reno Police Department shared a video of the people being cited and a firework explosion in downtown Reno during the event.
"Fireworks are not only illegal but they are dangerous," the RPD said in their post.
