A crash involving two vehicles disrupted a Reno intersection Thursday afternoon after one driver failed to yield, according to the Reno Police.
Reno Police say they responded to the report of a crash at 3:36 p.m. at the intersection of Sutro Street and Timber Way.
Police say that a Jeep traveling on Timber Way failed to yield the right of way to a pickup truck heading south on Sutro Street. The impact resulted in a side-impact T-bone crash.
Four people were inside the Timber Way car, and two people were in the Sutro pickup truck.
No major injuries were reported. However, Reno Police said minor injuries were being treated on scene; it is unknown from which vehicle the injuries were sustained.
Officials said closures at the intersection should be cleared in about an hour, as tow crews were already on the way to the area to remove the vehicles and clear the roadway.
