November 3 update:
Washoe County estimates that about 92% of ballots have been counted in the 2026 General Election, with thousands of mail and provisional ballots still awaiting processing or review.
The latest figures provided by the Washoe County Registrar of Voters are estimates from 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Because ballot processing is ongoing, the numbers may have changed since they were reported.

Approximately 3,800 mail ballots undergoing signature verification.
Approximately 12,000 mail ballots undergoing sorting, extraction, and scanning.
Another 2,300 provisional ballots remained under review to determine voter eligibility.
Voters who need to provide additional documentation for their provisional ballots have until 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, to do so. Eligible provisional ballots are expected to be added to election results early next week.
The Registrar of Voters will continue processing, verifying, and counting eligible ballots throughout the official canvass period.
Updated unofficial election results will be posted once daily by 6 p.m. on the Washoe County Election Results Dashboard as ballot processing continues. Statewide results are also available through the Nevada Election Results website.
Election results will remain unofficial until the canvass is completed on Friday, Nov. 13.
